Gregory Basmadjian

After qualifying at Portsmouth School of Architecture in 1985, Gregory Basmadjian joined the Southampton Office of MWT Architects, becoming an Associate in 1987 and transferring with the Directors in 1992.

 

He held the associateship under the Company of Design Group and later under the Partnership of Pope Priestley Associates.  In 1998, he left PPA to become a Director of PEP Architects Limited. He has since founded his own practice under KVB Architects, with his offices based at Tring in Hertfordshire.

 

Gregory Basmadjian is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a past member of the Society of Architectural Illustrators.  He has held the post of Hon. Secretary of the RIBA Central Hampshire Branch for 3 years, and been involved in a number of Architectural events organised by that Branch.

He is approved under the Achilles Link-Up Certification (Member no 21971) for railway-related projects.

 

Projects for which he has had responsibility have ranged from residential developments in the private and public sectors, leisure, commercial office developments and specialised industrial units, to refurbishment and new-build railway stations.
