• Preparation of comparative report of Modular vs Traditional multi-storey car parks for Major Projects Dept at Stagecoach.

 

• Design/implementation of Cycle Parking at various stations

 

• Design and implementation of vitreous-enamelled panelling to tunnel /circulation areas at Hampton Wick, Earlsfield and Vauxhall Stations. Detailed Design only of similar panelling at Wandsworth Town Station.

 

• Design Architect for SWT Franchise Bid projects and part-time SWT employee (2 years) as Design Architect/Manager under the Kick-Start Programme.

 

• Full Design services for major ticket gating projects at Raynes Park, New Malden and Norbiton Stations.

 

• Full Design services (with site inspection) of new access ramp/stairs to downside platform at Walton 0n Thames Station including new platform enclosure to accommodate proposed automatic ticket gating barrier and waiting room. Similar project now under progress for the upside platform at Walton on Thames.

 

• Full design for the proposed new cycle parking facilities at Kingston Station, including detailed drainage system, surfacing etc.

 

• Major reconfiguration of car parking and bus terminal at Salisbury Station, including design services relating to alterations to the main concourse building, recently classified as Listed status.

 

• Major reconfiguration of Farnborough Station forecourt, to accommodate new car parking, bus/coach circulation/terminal, taxi rank and new cycle parking facilities.

 

• Major refurbishment of Staines Station, including new tenancy unit, staff and public male /female and accessible toilets on both platforms and  new cycle parking facilities.

 

 

• Design of fully DDA-compliant pedestrian ramps to Platforms 1 and 2 at Windsor & Eton Riverside Station, and design of Accessible Toilet in Concourse.

 

• Design of fully DDA-compliant pedestrian ramp to Platform 2 at Mortlake Station.

 

• Design of Temporary Ticket office and staff facilities at Earlsfield Station, including future accessible toilet on island platform.

 

• Design of access routes and signage,  improved  finishes and lighting proposals to Wimbledon and Richmond Stations, in preparation for the 2012 Olympics., all as funded by the Olympic Delivery Authority.

 

• Major refurbishment  works at Weymouth Station, to provide DDA-compliant ramp access to concourse level from  front forecourt, reconfiguration of existing facilities  to provide new public toilets (male /female/unisex disabled), baby changing room, and improved male staff toilets, provision of new bench seating (under shelter) to Platform 1, and improved lighting throughout. Most as funded by the ODA for the 2012 Olympic Games.
