KVB Architects Limited , based at Tring in Hertfordshire, was established in 2003 . Under the directorship of Gregory K Basmadjian, the practice has been responsible for a wide range of projects, including residential developments in the private and public sectors, leisure, school, commercial office developments and specialised industrial units and most railway-related buildings.

 

The practice is able to provide a full range of architectural services from inception and feasibility through to contract administration and completion.

 

The Director has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, on a variety of building types including housing, commercial and industrial, listed buildings, and railway stations. Other specialist capabilities include low energy design and architectural illustration.

 

KVB Architects is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects and carries full professional indemnity insurance cover. The company is certified under Rail Industry Link-Up scheme, and is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
